The Castle In the Attic
I liked the book Castle in the Attic a lot. Books with magical things in them always catch my interest. I liked the part where William shrunk himself with the disk with Janus’s face on it. I wanted to keep reading the book to find out if William and Mrs. Phillips got back to their regular size.
My favorite character in the book is the Silver Knight. He is brave and friendly. He seems to admire Mrs. Phillips. Sir Simon must be used to turning into lead because he was turned into lead two times. William’s touch brings him back to his normal self.
My favorite scene in the book is when William does his gymnastics routine for Mrs. Phillips. He starts at one end of the room and ends up in front of Mrs. Phillips. Robert says that when Mrs. Phillips is there William does his routine better. It was a surprise to me that he ended up in front of her. At the end his gymnastics routine, William saves Mrs. Phillip's life and his own life.
